After dropping "Numbers On The Board" a few weeks back, Pusha T blesses us with a dark visual for the song. The track brings out a new fresh sound with a complex and eccentric beat, which is what I got from the video.
The "Numbers On The Board" video gave me a cold vibe just like J. Cole's "Power Trip" video. The video, shot in Paris, France, showcased a lot of dark visuals and unexplained scenes. Unlike the self explained "Power Trip" video, Pusha appeared in various rooms and locations which had no significants to any of lyrics he was rapping, odd. I also thought that it was odd (but I love odd) that Pusha was in a room with cars that were covered; I thought it was a very bold statement actually. I think it meant that "yes I have rap money but why flaunt the fact that I do have money". There were lots of interesting visuals in the video, like one scene when the director focuses his camera in a room, and it seemed like somebody was peeking out in the corner of the room, and also when Pusha was in a pitch black room and all we saw were his eyes and gold grills. Kanye West and Chief Keef also had a little a cameo in the video as well; maybe we will hear Keef in Pusha T's new album "My Name Is My Name" which is due on July 16th.
